My Sad Trip!!!......Laurence Gatfield

I'm writing this with tears in my eyes,i came down here to Madrid Spain. for a short vacation to visit a resort and got mugged at gun point last night at the park of the hotel where i lodged. All cash, credit cards and cell were stolen off me.I've been to the embassy and the Police here but they're not helping issues at all,my flight leaves today and I'm having problems settling the hotel bills.

The hotel manager won't let me leave until i settle the hotel bills which is 2,620 Euro or anything you can afford now am freaked out. Please reply back and let me know if you will be able to loan me the cash so that i can give you the necessary details you will need to get the cash to me via western union money transfer, i promise to pay you back as soon as i get home.

E-mail hacking

Hi, all

You may have received a dodgy e-mail from an spooked e-mail address this morning. My e-mail account was hacked. I am not in any trouble and I am not in Madrid.

If you still want to send money though, feel free.

Terrible Ordeal, Urgent Help Needed (Scott Linden)

Am really very sober with alot of pains because i was hit with the edge of a gun,can just withheld the tears cause of my situation at the moment.I went for a short vacation in Madrid,Spain.Unfortunately for us on return to the hotel we were mugged, all cash, credit card and cell phone were collected from us but luckily for us we still have our passport with us.
We have been to the embassy and there securities here are not really helping matters and in less than few hrs from now our flight will be leaving, and we are havig problem settling the hotel bills, and we're really not going to find it easy with the hotel staffs cause the manager is nagging at us persuading us to pay up our bills.

Am freaked out at the moment..

Calories

Avoid caloric over compensation. During your race you may be burning anywhere from 600-900 total calories per hour, but you should only aim to take in 25-35% of that amount, mostly in carbohydrate. Most athletes can take in and process 200-250 calories an hour without suffering gastric distress. Dumping more calories into the system won't increase the amount you can process. That excess will lead to a sour stomach instead of an energy boost. – CTS

Uploading courses/maps to Garmin 305

A great tool this is to be able to create a map of where you want to go, and upload it to your device.

Create your desired course (I use http://www.mapmyrun.com/) and save it. Then access it and select route and save to Garmin/CRS. Save it to your desired location.

Open Training Centre and select File, Send to device. This will upload your course to your watch, you may have to select the course you have created.

Once uploaded, select the training item on your 305, then courses, select your course and press "Do course".

Enjoy!
